If you or a loved ones is struggling with suicidal ideation and/or self harm, we are here to help. Suicidal ideation refers to a person having thoughts of, a plan, and/or the means to take part in suicide, which means to end their life. Those with suicidal ideation may partake in self-harm such as cutting or harming themselves as a way of releasing pain, frustration, emotions and feelings. One may engage in self-harm without any intention of wanting to die, as well. Both suicidal ideation and self-harm, whether paired together or alone, are serious, scary and require a trained professionals attention. Our therapists are highly trained to work with those who are suffering from suicidal ideation and/or self-harm, as well as those who need help and guidance due to their loved one suffering from suicidal ideation and/or self-harm.
