Person-Centred Therapy involves our therapists carefully listening, and assisting you in helping yourself explore and problem solve through the mental struggles you are facing. Sometimes all we need is someone to listen, empathize, and validate us. Our therapists engage in person-centred therapy within all their sessions

Person-Centered Therapy involves helping to understand and overcome psychological issues by encouraging one to pursue a quality life, meaningful personal goals, and a person’s strengths and resources. This therapy may be recommended for adult clients who have unresolved wounds from childhood or trauma (e.g., physical or sexual abuse), or for clients who are struggling with conditions such as anger issues, addiction, anxiety, or depression. Person-centered is also useful in helping people suffering from PTSD.

We provide person-centered therapy to help you achieve your goals and we will support you in getting and staying better.
